Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. There's no need to send anything back. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging.

Change of mind
Every piece is made to order especially for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. Customers in the EU and UK may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us; there's no need to send the item back. This doesn't apply to personalised products such as Custom Posters.

Packaging
Frames arrive in a rigid protective box with corner protection to keep them safe in transit.

Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Clean the acrylic front with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Never use paper towels or glass cleaner with ammonia, which can scratch or cloud it.
